We will be offering a limited number of WE Team/Work Exchange Team positions this year at the conference (formerly called "Dedicated Volunteers).

To be considered for the WE Team program, please:

1. Be a current HSC Member
2. Be willing to work 8 full hours during the conference available.  
3. Apply for a position by filling out and submitting the form below, listing your interests and contact information.  Upon submission of this form, our Volunteer Coordinator will get back to you as soon as possible with more information about WE Team positions  

If accepted as a Work Exchange Team member,  you will

1. Be assigned and expected to perform fun and engaging work shifts suited to your preferences for a total of 8 hours over the course of the conference weekend.
2. Be offered a reduced registration rate of $50 in exchange for your 8 hours of work.
3. Upon checking in, be able to provide a personal check, or we can provide a credit card slip for you to sign, in lieu of providing full registration fees up front.   The check (or credit slip) should be made out to HSC for $75.00.   We will return this to you at the end of the conference if you have fulfilled your volunteer obligations.  If not, it will be deposited/processed on the Monday after the conference.
